Booking service


In the context of events like conferences or congresses, very often other booking processes apart from participant registration need to be handled as well. CO CONGRESS ONLINE® supports the processing and administration of these bookings.

Some examples are

  • the hotel resrvation for congress participants
  • the booking of social or supporting programme
  • the booking of educational courses
  • the ordering of information and documentation material (CD-ROMs, DVDs) 

that can be handled with web-based forms.

The booking services as well  hold the possibilities to either export the data from the CO CONGRESS ONLINE®  database (into MS Access, MS Excel), or to integrate CO CONGRESS ONLINE® with an existing customer's back office system.
