Registration of participants

The registration of participants of an event is handled via Internet with CO CONGRESS ONLINE®. A web-based database server is set up, with regard to the established www standards.

A registration form can be integrated in a potentially existing website. In this case, the form's layout can be adapted to the layout of the existing page / site.
During the collection and storage of their personal data, each participant creates his individual, protected user account for accessing the participants database. If wished, a participants index („Who-is-Who“) can be created automatically from the participants database and published on the Internet.

The hosting of the registration system and the participants database is arranged on GLOBIT servers as a service contract. GLOBIT servers are Internet connected via the German Research Network, so thet a stable connection is guaranteed even with a very high number of users at the same time. Of course, a secure data management in terms of integrity, availability and privacy of all stored data is guaranteed.

All data can be transferred from the CO CONGRESS ONLINE® participants database to a back office system for further use or administration. The integration of CO CONGRESS ONLINE® into such a system is depending on the individual existing software infrastructure of each customer.
Further possible service offers are the handling of registration fees, if necessary the sending of reminders and the distribution of information material after the registration process.

On the other hand it is also possible to export the data from CO CONGRESS ONLINE® into another database format, like e.g. MS Excel.
In this case, the organiser can receive the data and process it as necessary.
