CO CONGRESS ONLINE® supports the production of manuscripts for the Abstract Book, the Final Programme and the Pocket Programm.

Abstract Book and CD-ROM

All abstract- and author data of a scientific congress can be exported from the CO CONGRESS ONLINE® database and made available to third parties, like for example a publishing house producing the Abstract Book.
Layout- and formatting requirements can be taken into consideration.

It is also possible to export the data necessary for the production of an interactive CD-ROM from the CONGRESS ONLINE® database and hand it over to a publisher.
Such a CD-ROM offers the following functionalities:

  • searching the abstract content with a full-text search engine
  • supply of participants' data from the Who-is-Who index
  • structured display of the programme

Final Programme

The Final Programme of a scientific congress can easily be exported from the CO CONGRESS ONLINE® database and made available to third parties, like publishers, for print production.
Layout- and formatting requirements can of course be considered.
Further, it is possible to create indices on, e.g., author names.
