On basis of the abstracts accepted during the reviewing process, a support in the planning and structuring of the Scientific Programme of a congress can be offered.

Programme data, that has been supplied to GLOBIT GmbH electronically, for example as MS Excel table, can easily be imported. Optionally, the integration of a customer-specific back office system is conceivable.

On top of that, GLOBIT GmbH in collaboration with CPO HANSER SERVICE can take over the complete planning of the Scientific Programme. This is possible by means of the CPO back office system, which includes all functionalities necessary for programme compiling. The functionalities are among others the assignment of a status to an abstract, the creation / administration of sessions and session types, the allocation of abstracts to a session and many more.

Final Programme production

All data necessary for the production of the Final Programme of a scientific congress are stored in the CO CONGRESS ONLINE® database. This is, for example, all abstract author and session data as well as information about the chairpersons.

Due to the storage and administration in databases it is possible to have the Final Programme created by GLOBIT GmbH in a very short time. The programme can then be published and further used in many different ways.
